All use of the web site (“the Site”) is on the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree to these conditions cease use of the Site immediately.

You may print and keep a copy of these terms. They are a legal agreement between us and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change the terms at our discretion by changing them on the Site.

VCT may change these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please review these Terms & Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by VCT.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use VCT content (inclusive of text, images, URLs, pricing information, etc.) in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of VCT content requires the prior written permission of VCT.

Your use of or any ViaCityTour-affiliated sites is intended for personal, non-commercial use and/or to make legitimate requests to book the products or services offered. You agree not to use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests.


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and to the extent permitted by applicable law you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and for informing us of any changes to the information, you have provided.


Prices shown on VCT website are per person unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change, until the booking has been confirmed.
What is included is stated specifically on each page of tour description.
For groups 10 participants or more, group tariffs may be available on request.
Senior Prices apply for customers 60 years and over(60+).
Children under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult.
Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes, charges or fees.
Prices do not Include (unless stated otherwise) - gratuities to the guide, driver or tour manager, food and beverages and transfers to/from stations. Gratuities are at your discretion.

VCT accepts the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and PayPal.
There is no charge or service fee for processing credit-card payments.
Payment will be listed as "VIACITYTOUR.COM" on the credit card statement.
Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated. Only under special circumstances agreed with VCT a split payment can be made if you choose the option to pay in cash. In that case the relevant deposit amount of 30% will be charged from you bank card at the time of booking. Remaining part of the total amount must be payed in cash directly to the tour guide.
Cardholder must be present at the time of presenting the ticket.
Upon release of payment and guarantee of booking, all guests submit 100% compliance to the following Terms & Conditions Policy. Should any doubt or dispute with said Terms & Conditions arise before booking, it is advised to contact us before placing your booking and submitting payment.


Tours listed on this site are displayed and priced in local currency, unless otherwise noted at the top of the page, or as selected by the user.
We process payment in EUR and GBP. For other currencies, the price is indicative.
Guests accept any and all fees associated with booking tours using credit card. Licensed booking software sets all exchange rates internally, and customer service agents have no control over any rates displayed on page. The conversion's rate applicable on the date of your booking.
Guests should take note that any live rates listed on 3rd party sites, are meant only as Interbank rates, and are not to be understood as a general consumer rate.


In order to provide the highest level of service with top guides and guaranteed tour departures, our cancellations and amendments are subject to fees. This policy applies to all tours listed and booked through
Cancellations and amendments must be confirmed in writing via e-mail to and it is your responsibility to ensure that we have received it.
The majority of our tours may be cancelled for a 90% refund when cancelled with at least 48-hours notice; withholding a 10% booking fee. All tours are non-refundable when cancelled within 48-hours of the tour’s departure time.
For full and half-day minivan tours, a full refund will only be made when cancelled up to 7 days prior to departure; otherwise 100% charge will apply.
Specific cancellation and refund policies are noted on all other services in the description details.
All change requests sent up to 2 days before the tour day are free of charge. After that, an additional fee might incur for any change.


No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no shows after tour commencement or departure.


All tours are sold as an entire package; as such there will be no offers of partial refunds for portions of a service that a guest has decided not to utilize.
If a guest has pre-purchased tickets to any sites visited, or tours or site visits similar to the tour booked from an outside vendor, the company is not responsible/liable for the reimbursement or prorating of any such fees.
In the event that a venue is not visited during a coach tour due to unforeseen circumstances, an amount equal to the value of the admission might be refunded at our discretion.


We want you to enjoy your experience with us. Sometimes, however, things do not go according to plan and if you feel that we have not lived up to your expectations, or that we could improve our service in some way, please let us know by email and we will respond to you within 3 - 5 business days.


You will receive a personalized voucher (“Voucher”) for each tour, event or service booked. You must provide the original voucher to the appropriate service provider in order to redeem your tour, ticket, or package.
Your reservation cannot be honored or redeemed without presenting a valid voucher.
For security purposes, when redeeming your voucher you must present a valid Photo ID. This is for identification purposes and helps us to prevent fraud.
In some cases VCT also requires that you present the credit or debit card used to purchase your tour or ticket at the time of redemption. This generally applies only to attraction and show tickets. This helps us to prevent credit-card misuse. You will be advised at checkout whether or not you must present the credit or debit card used for booking.


If you have a coupon code or qualify for a discount, or decide to use MY VIACITYTOUR loyalty program’s money, it must be applied BEFORE purchase. cannot apply any retroactive discounts. Promotional codes cannot be stacked, consolidated, transferred, or re-used, unless otherwise noted. Please contact us for more information.


Upon booking of a service, you will receive a confirmation email that details pick-up location and specific meeting time. Guests are asked to appear to the meeting point 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the tour.
If you or your travel companions are running late or need assistance in finding the tour coordinator or tour guide, please call our office at the number provided in your confirmation email, and we will do our best to assist you, however, it is your ultimate responsibility to reach the meeting point on time. The company is not responsible for failure to arrive at the tour meeting point on time. Please see the no show/late arrival clause.
Date of departure, pick up and drop off times and possible delays are subject to change or cancellation should unforeseen circumstances occur.
Drivers have to work under strict legal and time restrictions and therefore you will be dropped back at the location specified in your voucher, unless stated otherwise during the tour.


Please ensure that all members of your party have a valid ID on them on the day of the visit. This is particularly important for guests who have qualified for a reduction based on age or student status. Students should bring a valid photo ID to every tour.


Each customer has to check the appropriate documents for their journey, especially (but without limitation) if tours, packages or transfers including flight or visit of a country different from the country of departure are booked. Customer has to own and bring a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid ID card. No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.


The company strongly recommends guests arrange travel insurance to cover cancellations and delays due to unforeseen circumstances, or those beyond all control (e.g. inclement weather, strikes, seismic events). It is also recommended guests arrange medical and personal insurance to cover any medical expenses, loss of baggage, loss of personal belongings, or other such travel mishaps.

Guests agree both the company and any local partner operators are not liable for any of such unforeseen circumstances, and hold both parties harmless. All claims to reimbursements for insurance must go directly through the insurance provider, and not through Alexcursion Sarl or its affiliates.


All services are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours arranged by Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.

FORCE MAJEURE is not liable and do not authorize any refunds for any events which are caused as a result of acts of God, Governments, war hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, labor dispute, strike, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, theft, epidemics, quarantine, medical or customs regulations, technical or administrative problems with transport, closure of airports, breakdown of machinery, adverse weather conditions, water shortages or any other occurrences beyond our immediate control and which, despite all due care being taken, could not have been avoided.
If a site, attraction, or visit on your schedule tour service/itinerary is closed due to force majeure, will do its best to contact guests as soon as possible, and offer a suitable substitution, reschedule a different service, or provide a refund, pending availability and at full company discretion.
In case of force majeure, reserves the right, but makes no guarantees, to offer substitute services. If no substitute is available, or the substitutes offered are not accepted, will not authorize any refunds. strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance.


These TERMS OF USE is agreement, and is governed by Swiss law and, in case of a dispute that cannot be settled amicably exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the Swiss court.
Guests agree that any controversy between the parties to this agreement involving the construction or application of any of the terms, provisions, or conditions of this agreement, shall on written request of either party served on the other, be submitted first to mediation and then if still unresolved to binding arbitration. Guests agree the company will set venue and jurisdiction of any suit arising from a dispute.


From time to time, the terms of these TERMS & CONDITIONS may change at the Company's discretion. In the event of such changes, the new policy will apply for all tours booked after the date and time of the policy change.
